We offer training in the Tenshin Aikido style, which offers effective self defence techniques that can be used in a real life situation without freezing up or panicking. Our training style gives a relaxed approach which enables people to train their awareness to prevent first then know how to react in a self defence situation.

What personal data do we collect and why we collect it

We generally only collect your name, email address and phone/mobile details purely for communication purposes.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
